SECRETARY – FULL TIME

We are looking for an Administrative Secretary with at least 3 years of experience to support our company’s activities at the Rome office (Via Nomentana, 5 minutes from G.R.A.).

The role requires an organized and versatile person with excellent problem-solving skills and a predisposition for teamwork.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 2 years in secretarial activities
  • Education: High School Diploma or University Degree
  • Languages: Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
  • Computer skills: Excellent knowledge of the Office package (Word and Excel)
  • Soft Skills: Ability to learn quickly, adaptability, and predisposition to work in a team
  • Organizational skills: Ability to manage daily activities efficiently and accurately

Main Responsibilities

  • Management of the switchboard and incoming and outgoing calls
  • Organization of appointments and meetings
  • Management of electronic and paper mail
  • Administrative support to various company functions
  • Reception of clients and suppliers
  • Document filing and database management
