SECRETARY – FULL TIME

Requirements
- Experience: At least 2 years in secretarial activities
- Education: High School Diploma or University Degree
- Languages: Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
- Computer skills: Excellent knowledge of the Office package (Word and Excel)
- Soft Skills: Ability to learn quickly, adaptability, and predisposition to work in a team
- Organizational skills: Ability to manage daily activities efficiently and accurately
Main Responsibilities
- Management of the switchboard and incoming and outgoing calls
- Organization of appointments and meetings
- Management of electronic and paper mail
- Administrative support to various company functions
- Reception of clients and suppliers
- Document filing and database management
