Quality Policy

The Management of Greenkar Innovation S.r.l., (hereinafter GKIN) with the aim of ensuring a service focused on maximum customer satisfaction, and more generally, of all interested parties, has chosen to comply with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard (click to view the certificate) ed. 2015, as a tool for managing the Quality System. The intent is to pursue its Policy, Quality objectives, and the improvement of all performances, present and future. It believes that the precise application of Quality principles constitutes a strategic factor of competitiveness, qualification, and enhancement of the company image.

  • GREENKAR INNOVATION aims to present itself to AUTOMOTIVE customers as a company that is flexible, effective, punctual, and constantly seeking innovative technologies and procedures to provide personalized services, both in the sector of vehicle approvals, devices and related items, and in those supporting vehicle registration and lifecycle management.
  • GREENKAR INNOVATION intends to respond to needs and projects of any size, creating, where necessary, tailored technical-IT tools aimed at definitively solving the problem, without wasting time and resources.
  • The objective of GREENKAR INNOVATION is to make the Client perceive that they have entrusted themselves to a group of professionals capable of assisting, supporting, and guiding them in every activity.
  • GREENKAR INNOVATION aims to become a “point of reference” not only for Clients, but also for the Companies of the Greenkar Consortium. GREENKAR INNOVATION, based on the experience gained over the years, supports consortium companies by offering them its know-how and commercial receptivity.
  • GREENKAR INNOVATION, in addition to the national and EU market, is favorable to undertaking cooperations with extra-European partners to expand its business internationally.

FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES OF QUALITY

GREENKAR INNOVATION has taken responsibility for the effectiveness of its QMS, making available all necessary resources (infrastructural, human, and material), ensuring that the planned objectives are compatible with the context and strategic directions of the organization.

Greenkar INNOVATION identifies the following as the reference principles of its Quality Policy:

  • It has determined and periodically reviews the internal and external factors of the context in which it operates, which influence the ability to achieve the expected results for its Quality Management System;
  • It guarantees, through competence, responsibility, and professionalism, the compliance with Laws and Regulations of the countries in which it operates and those that govern the work environment;
  • It communicates to its organization and interested parties the key points of the company’s Quality System, the importance of their implementation, the identified context factors, and the Quality Policy, with the aim of promoting company growth and qualitative improvement of its services;
  • It is committed to focusing on the customer and interested parties, to intercept their needs, and to internally disseminate the importance of their full satisfaction;
  • It has identified the company processes, the activities to be included in them, the objectives to be pursued, the expected results, the related responsibilities, and the resources employed;
  • It plans actions for performance control of processes and, with the Management Review, focuses attention on results and takes action to seek new Quality objectives or improvement initiatives;
  • It performs risk assessment, implements appropriate actions for their treatment, exploits any opportunities, and provides adequate support at all levels to anticipate problems and plan risk management actions in advance;
  • It carries out careful selection of its collaborators and takes action to promote their professional development
  • It communicates initiatives, objectives and results to the organization, to increase participation and the sense of belonging of people.
