Conformity of Production (CoP) is a means to demonstrate the ability to produce a series of products that exactly match the specifications, performance, and marking requirements outlined in the type-approval documentation. The tests conducted by the GreenKar laboratory effectively verify whether a product complies with the requirements prescribed by the reference standards. The result of each test is reported in a Test Report that is delivered to the Client upon completion of the activity.
When the vehicle or device belongs to a series production, the Manufacturer must ensure the conformity of production to the parameters established in the referenced type-approval. For this reason, the Manufacturer has a vested interest in having their product undergo rigorous and periodic controls, thus monitoring the production progress.
