The End Life Vehicle (ELV) Service offered by Greenkar Innovation is aimed at supporting the Manufacturer in organizing an appropriate Wrecker Network in compliance with the ELV Regulations.
Greenkar Innovation, proposes to the Client a quality service for the environmental sustainability of the Collection and Self-Demolition Centers, in accordance with the current Regulations, collecting data and information useful to assess the proper disposal of end-of-life vehicles, thus ensuring the lowest possible environmental impact.
Greenkar Innovation’s ELV service was created in response to the needs expressed by manufacturers interested in monitoring their ELV streams and identifying auto wreckers capable of ensuring proper disposal of end-of-life vehicles in full compliance with legal requirements.
In addition, In May 2017 UNRAE (National Union of Foreign Motor Vehicle Representatives), at the behest of its Member Manufacturers, started with its own ELV Project in order to reorganize and qualify Collection Centers.
This project allows Collection Centers to promote the quality of their service as well as ensure the proper disposal of end-of-life vehicles.
The project aims to promote the quality of service and environmental sustainability of End-of-Life Vehicle Collection Centers and to help concretely initiate the auto wrecking industry toward active participation in an economic system that must respond to a growing demand for entrepreneurial sustainability.
The ELV Project is open without restriction to the participation of all Italian Collection Centers.
Greenkar Innovation is accredited by UNRAE as a Consulting and Auditing body.
